I am a local boy, born and raised in Portsmouth. Having studied Pharmacy at the University of Portsmouth, I went on to complete my training at an independent community pharmacy in the heart of Southsea. However, it was long before I qualified that I discovered my ambition to run my own business. My parents moved to Portsmouth in 1987 where they were able to make a modest name for themselves in the local community. They spent decades showing me and my sisters the traditions and values that are needed to turn what would be an ordinary business into a family-run business. We take pride in making other’s concerns ours, going out of our way to meet the every need of our customers is part of our ethos.
Through Brockhurst Pharmacy I am looking to bring healthcare to the fingertips of the local community. No more waiting for your medication when it’s overdue, no more delays in getting a face-to-face consultation with a healthcare professional that you can trust to give you the right advice and treatment options.
As Superintendent Pharmacist I am responsible for the safe & effective running of Brockhurst Pharmacy. I love getting to know our patients & helping them with their medicines & healthcare questions. Currently I’m studying to become an Independent Prescriber; this will allow me to write private prescriptions for common minor ailments such as ear, nose & throat infections, urine infections, chest infections and certain skin conditions.
